In view of the recent COVID-19 circuit breaker announcement by the Singapore government, we would like to inform you that UnaBiz Network has been listed as part of essential services under “Information and Communications – Telecommunications, data centres, broadcasting services”.
While our network services remain operational and uninterrupted throughout the circuit breaker period to uphold our service level agreement to our users. UnaBiz Singapore’s office will be closed from 7th of April 2020 until further notice to support the circuit breaker.
During this period, we remain fully committed to providing the same level of support to our clients and partners while working remotely. All team members are contactable via email or phone, and meetings will carry on via video conferencing platforms.
In solidarity with the government and the people of Singapore, UnaBiz will offer complimentary network connectivity and potentially sponsor projects that can aid or alleviate impacts of COVID-19. If you have any questions, or a project in mind that can make a difference, please reach out.
