This notice is intended to inform you about how UnaBiz processes Personal Data it collects from you when interacting with us via our corporate website (for instance, by using the contact form available on our website or by subscribing to our newsletter, etc.).

This notice applies to the use of UnaBiz corporate website. This notice does not extend to any linked third-party widgets or sites, which have their own privacy notice. Indeed, some of our websites contain widgets and social media features, such as the “post” button or Facebook “like” button. These widgets and features may collect your IP address, which pages you are visiting, and may set cookies to enable the feature to function properly. Information you provide through our corporate contact form : We collect personal identification information about you (mandatory information such as : business email, first name, last name, company name, website URL, job title, country, and non-mandatory : phone number) when completing the contact form for submission on requests and enquiries. It is up to you to decide to share non-mandatory information.

Information you provide when subscribing to our newsletter : We collect personal identification information about you when subscribing to our newsletter (mandatory information such as : business email, and non-mandatory information : full name).

Account and Profile Information through our third-party ticketing tool : We collect personal identification information about you when you create a support account (mandatory : company name, and non-mandatory : country, full name, email address) or log in to your support account (email address and password).

Information you provide when applying for a job posting : We collect personal identification information about you when applying for a job posting (mandatory information such as : business email, first name, last name, phone number, curriculum vitae and non-mandatory information : social media account, application letter).

Device and Connection Information: We collect information that is automatically recorded whenever you access or use our website, regardless of whether you are a registered user or logged in to your account, such as your IP address, the date and time you access or use our website, the hardware (computer, phone, tablet, or other devices ) and software (operating system, browser type) your are using, the URLs of referring/exit pages, the number of clicks, pages viewed and the order of those pages and the amount of time spent on particular pages.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: UnaBiz uses cookies and other tracking technologies (e.g., web beacons, device identifiers and pixels) to record visitors requests and inquiries. 3. How we use information we collect

Below are the specific purposes for which we use the information we collect about you.

  • To deal with your requests and enquiries ;
  • To subscribe to a UnaBiz newsletter ;
  • To apply to a job posting;
  • For technical support: to resolve technical issues you encounter, to respond to your requests for assistance, to analyse crash information, etc. 

Depending on the situations, UnaBiz always collects and processes your Personal Data according to :

5. How we store and secure information we collect

Information storage and security

We use physical, technical and organizational security measures in order to prevent any accidental or intentional alteration, loss, destruction and/or unauthorised access to your Personal Data. This includes ensuring the security of access to premises and IT systems, data encryption and network security policies (e.g. data breach procedure).

We limit access to your Personal Data to our employees who reasonably need to access them with regards to the purpose of processing and we encourage our employees to guarantee the confidentiality of your Personal Data.

UnaBiz requires guarantees from all subcontractors processing Personal Data on its behalf, to ensure their compliance with respect to the GDPR.

UnaBiz holds your Personal Data for as long as necessary for your activity on our website according to the following retention periods :
