This Privacy Policy covers the information we collect about you when you use UnaConnect Products and/or Services through the UnaConnect platform.
This Policy is provided by UnaBiz Co. Ltd, registered under number 43943698, having its registered address at 10F., No. 618, Ruiguang Rd., Neihu District, Taipei City, Taiwan 114, R.O.C.

In this Privacy Policy, we use “we”, “us” and “our” to refer to UnaBiz. Any reference to “you” or “your” means you as a user of the UnaConnect platform.

Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the UnaConnect Terms and Conditions.

What this policy covers

This policy is intended to inform you about how UnaBiz process Sensitive Personal Information it collects from you when you use the UnaConnect platform. 

It helps you understand:

  • What information we collect about you
  • How we use information we collect 
  • How we share information we collect 
  • How we store and secure information we collect 
  • How to access and control your information 

If you do not agree with this policy, do not interact with any other aspect of our business.  

What information we collect about you

We collect in particular personal identification information (name, surname, e-mail address) and billing information (company name, company address, VAT number), when you provide it to us via our platform, as further described below.  

Account and Profile Information: We collect information about you when you register for an account to the UnaConnect platform as an End-User. 

Device and Connection Information: We collect information that is automatically recorded whenever you access or use our platform, regardless of whether you are a registered user or logged in to your account, such as your IP address, the date and time you access or use our website, the hardware (computer, phone, tablet, or other devices ) and software (operating system, browser type) you are using, the URLs of referring/exit pages, the number of clicks, pages viewed and the order of those pages and the amount of time spent on particular pages. 

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: UnaBiz uses cookies and other tracking technologies (e.g., web beacons, device identifiers and pixels) to optimize our platform and our products and services. How we use information we collect

We use the information we collect about you for the following purposes : 

  • To enable you to access and to use our platform ;
  • For billing the UnaConnect Products and Services.

Depending on the situations, UnaBiz always collects and processes your Sensitive Personal Information according to :

  • The performance of a contract with you (the acceptance of UnaConnect Terms and Conditions);

How we share information we collect

UnaBiz ensures that it processes only the necessary Sensitive Personal Information it needs to execute the purpose of the processing. Sensitive Personal Information is only accessible to internal and external recipients who need to know :

  • Internal (inside the UnaBiz Group, with our corporate affiliates) :
    • members of the concerned departments handling the processing and the execution of the concerned tasks, for example Sales team, Billing Manager and Product Owner; 
    • the responsible for privacy matters, if need be;
  • External :
    • Other End-Users within the same UnaConnect Core group but only the End-User’s Name, last Name and email address.  The management of a Core group is the responsibility of the Administrator.

How we store and secure information we collect

Information storage and security
Any Sensitive Personal Information stored on UnaConnect platform is treated as confidential and is certified ISO 27001.
The servers are hosted by AWS in Singapore. We have contractual guarantees with this provider. 

How long we keep information
UnaBiz retains your Sensitive Personal Information during the business relationship between you and us. 
Your Sensitive Personal Information of your account is not deleted until you request it.

How to access and control your information

You have certain rights available to you when it comes to your information. Below is a summary of those choices, how to exercise them and any limitations.

Your Rights
You have the right to access and request a copy of your information, to object to our use of your information (including for marketing purposes if applicable), to request the deletion or restriction of your information, or to request your information in a structured, electronic format.  

Below, we describe the tools and processes for making these requests. You can exercise some of rights by logging into the UnaConnect platform.

Your request may be limited in certain cases: (i) if your request concerns a third-party; (ii) the request is unfounded or excessive given its recurrent nature or (iii) if the Sensitive Personal Information has been erased pursuant to the applicable retention periods (see “How long we keep information”).

Access and update your information: You can update your profile information (identification and billing information) within your profile settings and modify content that contains information about you using the editing tools associated with that content. In addition, for billing information, you can contact the Sales team to update it.
Delete your information: If you want to delete your information, please log to your UnaConnect account, go to user information then scroll to “Terminate Account” or contact your Administrator to create a ticket in our Service Desk. Be aware, that the deletion of your information will be effective fourteen (14) days after your request for technical reasons.
Turn off Cookie Controls: Relevant browser-based cookie controls are described in our Cookies Policy.

Changes to our Privacy Policy
We may change this privacy policy from time to time. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page. We encourage you to review our privacy policy whenever you use our platform to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.

If you disagree with any changes to this privacy policy, you will need to stop using the UnaConnect platform and delete your account, as outlined above.
