Technical Recruiter

ROLE

  1. Co-work with R&D team leaders to forecast the hiring needs and objectives of R&D.
  2. Carry out relevant recruitment process based on the manpower required by the R&D team.
  3. Write and post technical job description, posts or places advertisements in the different media/platforms to open positions.
  4. Source potential candidates on various platforms.
  5. Parse particular skills and capabilities to search resumes.
  6. Assess the abilities of the applicant via calls, video meeting.
  7. Provide a comprehensive evaluation documents.
  8. To achieve efficient and accurate recruitment goals.
