Purchase Manager

As a Purchase Manager (Assembly and packaging parts), you will mainly work with UnaBiz Engineering/Manufacturing/Logistic teams closely to delivery our customize product and use your wide industry knowledge and strategic supplier relationships to optimize our cost.

ROLE

  1. Own and develop the supplier relationships.
  2. Drive supplier product technology roadmaps and cost improvement initiatives.
  3. Identifies the contract risk and negotiation with suppliers.
  4. Develop and execute yearly or quarterly commodity strategy with clear documents proposal.
  5. Meet all NPI business requirements from commodity aspect by working with internal partners (R&D/Manufacturing/Logistic team) and external partners (Suppliers) , for example, sample request, L/T driven, quality issues and procurement activities support.
  6. Provide cost evaluation and purchasing strategy quickly to support for proposal evaluation.
  7. Proactively drive innovation and transition to enable business objective, for example, dual source strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

– Excellent communication and consultation skills.
– Experience in technical engineering service procurement.
– Experience working in the technology industry, specializing in supplier or partnership management, strategic sourcing.
– 3-5 years of experience in Plastics/Metals/Batteries in the technology industry.
– 3-5 years of experience working with strategic sourcing, supplier management.
