- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
- Providing demonstrations, presentations, training services for the sales team and clients.
- Investigate and understand customer’s challenges.
– Tech journalism or STEM background
– Strong problem solving and prioritization skills
– Strong presentation skills
– Good listening skills
– 1-3 in Tech journalism or 1-3 years in technical support
– Experience in IoT solutions is a plus
– Hands-on experience on Tech Maker Community
