International Sales/Business Development

Due to the growth and expansion of our business, we have a new opening and are hiring a new business development manager to assist the current Business Development/Sales team acquiring new customers in already existing territories but also new territories. We are looking for a great listener with already existing/proven sales track record, very target oriented and very hungry for new leads/customer, ready to chase new opportunities mainly through cold calls and any other technique you may feel appropriate to achieve your goals.

ROLE

  1. Contacting new potential leads and arrange meetings to present the company and listen to their pain points
  2. Researching organizations and individuals through cold calls or any other means to find new opportunities in 2 or 3 different verticals that will be assigned to you in different territories
  3. Finding/qualifying those leads in pair with a pre-sales teammate to collect enough information both technically and commercially to work on proposals
  4. Writing proposals and quotes to provide to customers
  5. Developing goals in pair with the entire Business Development/Sales teams and ensure those are met
  6. Communicating with the team to feedback customer’s priorities/end goals to make the study for proposal more exciting for the team members

REQUIREMENTS

– Bachelor’s degree • Experience in sales with proven track records in business development in startup company
– Strong communication skills and the ability to sense opportunities
– Be proactive, with a team spirit and able to handle uncertainty
– Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
– Minimum 2 languages including English with a 3rd language as a plus
