ROLE
- Provide support/after-sales services to clients.
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures, as well as improving operation tasks.
- Act as a resident technological expert advisor for our products
- Connect with customers to analyze the user experience and gain constructive feedback
- Maintain positive client relationships
- Performing field operation if needed
REQUIREMENTS
– Able to look into details and address customer’s technical issues.
– Creative, dynamic, and positive thinking individual and being able to quickly adapt to a fast-changing environment.
– Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
– Effective interpersonal communication skill is a must.
– Project management and multi-tasking ability
– 3+ years of technical support or field operation experience.
– Experience with remote FAE follow up and tracking.
– Experience of setting up remote customer service center is a plus
– Experience with system integration is preferred.
– Experience in IoT solutions is a big plus.
– Hands-on experience in one of the technical domains is a big plus: Big Data OR DevOps OR Programming in one or more of the following languages – JAVA/Python/JavaScript/Go
