Field Application Engineer (FAE)


  1. Provide technical support/after-sales services to clients.
  2. Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures, as well as improving operation tasks.
  3. Act as a resident technological expert advisor for our products
  4. Connect with customers to analyze the user experience and gain constructive feedback
  5. Maintain positive client relationships – Performing field operation if needed


– Able to look into details and address customer’s technical issues.
– Creative, dynamic, and positive thinking individual and being able to quickly adapt to a fast-changing environment.
– Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
– Effective interpersonal communication skill is a must.
– Project management and multi-tasking ability
– 3+ years of technical support or field operation experience.
– Experience with system integration is preferred.
– Experience in IoT solutions is a big plus.
– Hands-on experience in one of the technical domains is a big plus: Big Data OR DevOps OR Programming in one or more of the following languages – JAVA/Python/JavaScript/Go
