1. Work with the team to determine solutions to customer’s challenges and supporting the sales team to present proposals.
  2. Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
  3. Providing demonstrations, presentations, training services for the sales team and clients.
  4. Investigate and understand customer’s challenges.


– Tech journalism or STEM background
– Strong problem solving and prioritization skills
– Strong presentation skills
– Good listening skills

– 1-3 in Tech journalism or 1-3 years in technical support
– Experience in IoT solutions is a plus
– Hands-on experience on Tech Maker Community

Language: Strong communication in English and Chinese
